HEARING
The Muskingum Township Zoning Commission
will hold a public hearing
on January 21, 2019 at
7:00 p.m. at the Township
Building, 26 Townhall
Road, Marietta, Ohio
45750 in order to consider
Motions adopted by the
Muskingum Township
Zoning Commission which
are proposed as amendments to the Muskingum
Township Zoning Resolution. These proposed
amendments are designated as Muskingum
Township Zoning Resolution Amendments and
would, if adopted, revise
numerous textual provisions of the Zoning Resolution as it relates to the

those proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution will be available for
public examination as of
December 28, 2018 at the
Township Hall, located at
26 Townhall Road, Marietta, Ohio 45750 or on the
Muskingum Township
website at
www.muskingumtwp.org
in the Zoning section.
Within 30 days after the
conclusion of the public
hearing, the proposed
zoning amendments will
be submitted to the Board
of Trustees for its action.
