Bids being accepted - DUE March 1, 2022

ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS FOR MATERIALS AND THE MOWING OF THE TOWNSHIP CEMETERIES AND OTHER PROPERTIES The Muskingum Township Trustees will be accepting bids for the following materials and for the mowing of the three Township cemeteries and Oak Grove Recreation area property for 2022. This notice is also published on the township’s website at www.muskingumtwp.org.

1. Mowing of Putnam, Highland, Rainbow cemeteriesa. Price per mow your equipment per cemetery on an as per needed basis.b. Should include:i. Mowing and trimming.ii. Reseeding and fertilizing new grave sites or any areas that are in need ofmaintenance.iii. Leveling gravesites as needed.iv. Emptying of trash barrels and removal of dead flowers from gravesites.v. Resetting of fallen grave markers.vi. Proof of Worker's Compensation coverage.vii. Certificate of Liability Insurance

2. Mowing and trimming of the Oak Grove Recreation Area (this includes park and grass areassurrounding the school)a. Should include:i. Mowing and trimming.ii. Proof of Worker's Compensation coverage.iii. Certificate of Liability Insurance

3. Hot and cold mix price per ton F.O.B. your plant

4. Limestone prices per ton F.O.B. your plant.

5. Dust control and sealer price per gallon F.O.B. your plant.

6. Gravel price per ton F.O.B. your plant.

7. Asphalt price per ton applied as directed by the Trustees.

8. Chip & Seal, price per square yard for single, double and fog seal as applied according to thetownship specifications.

• Bids are due March 1, 2022. The bids will be opened on March 2, 2022, at 7:00 pm.at theTownhall. All bids should be sealed and marked Bids 2022.
